Interpersonal skillsare the life skills we use every day to communicate and interact with other people, both individually and in groups. People who have worked on developing strong interpersonal skills are usually more successful in both their professional and personal lives.

This MDP covers all the inputs and value additions required to develop interpersonal skills to become a successful leader, manager and moderator.

Interpersonal skillsare the tools people use to interact and communicate with individuals in an organizational environment. There are seven main areas of interpersonal communication that Fred fails at with his workers, and this has led to his immediate termination after working only one month. These skills are:

Interpersonal sensitivity, emotional and social, is the ability to accurately assess others' abilities, states, and traits from non verbal cues.
