A leadership style is a leader's style of providing direction, implementing plans, and motivating people. It is the result of the philosophy, personality, and experience of the leader. The central lesson of this MDP is to apprise the participants with the qualities, traits and attitude of a good leader.The democratic leadership style consists of the leader sharing the decision-making abilities with group members by promoting the interests of the group members and by practicing social equality.

This is also called shared leadership.

Task-oriented leadership is a style in which the leader is focused on the tasks that need to be performed in order to meet a certain production goal

The main difference between leaders and managers is that leaders have people follow them while managers have people who work for them.

A successful business owner needs to be both a strong leader and manager to get their team on board to follow them towards their vision of success.
