After retiring from the army, he held senior leadership roles in top corporates and has spent the last 16+ years offering expert management consultancy to over a dozen companies. He now serves as the Managing Consultant at NIFM and continues to mentor future leaders.
Capt. Gulati is a Fellow of the Institute of Management (UK) and holds multiple qualifications in business administration, strategy, marketing, and operational excellence. His professional learning spans globally respected institutions such as IIM-Bangalore, Administrative Staff College-Hyderabad, and Asia Productivity Council-Tokyo.
